Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of earlymetals.com and the Early Metals web application (the “Service”), operated by Early Metals (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may sign in with Google or X. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly at hello@earlymetals.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. The Service

Early Metals provides company reports, AI-generated verdicts, sentiment scores, news and media summaries, rankings and related tools for mining companies and metals. Content is derived from third-party market data, news, public social media posts, public videos and media coverage. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Not investment advice

All content on the Service is provided for general information and research purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser or financial planner.

Verdicts, probabilities, fair values, scores and summaries are produced by automated models and third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Junior mining stocks are highly speculative and volatile, and you may lose all of your investment. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or resell data or content from the Service, except through features we provide for that purpose;
• reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or that promotes securities in a manipulative way (including “pump and dump” schemes or undisclosed paid promotion);
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a company;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of reviews, comments and other content you post. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to post it and that you disclose any position in or compensation from a company you write about. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

6. Our content and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, scores and generated content, is owned by Early Metals or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own research. Third-party content (such as news articles, posts and videos) remains the property of its owners.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to third-party services, including Google and X for sign-in. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Fees

Access to the Service is currently provided without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without your explicit agreement.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Early Metals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, investment losses, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Early Metals harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Early Metals is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
